Which time should I arrive, when I booked a demo ride?
Depending on your demo ride slot, you please arrive and register at the location 30min prior to your booked slot.

Which language will be spoken on site? 
For the event, there will be staff at every tour stop available, who speaks the native language (Germany/Austria = German, Spain = Spanish) of the country as well as English. There will also always be a ZEEHO dealer on site.

Do I need to have a motorcycle license?  
If you want to test our bikes, yes.
Depending on the legal requirements in your country, you need to have a motorcycle license for the motorcycle you want to test.

Can I also join the event without test riding? 
Absolutely yes, there's a lot more to experience than just the test rides. 

How long does a demo ride take? 
The slots you can book are 45min. Within this time we also consider a handover in the beginning and a feedback round in the end. Your time on the bike will be a 30min guided ride.

Do I need to bring my own gear? 
Yes, please make sure to bring everything that is legally required in your country. 

How can I register to test rides? 
Just fill out the form on our landing page and select the model you want to test at the respective location. 

Which bikes can I test? 
We will bring the ZEEHO AE8S+, ZEEHO AE6+ and  ZEEHO C!ty Sport.

How many bikes can I test?
Every participant is allowed to test two different bikes. Please make sure that you select different time slots for each bike, when you do the booking.

How old do I need to be?  
You need to be at least 18 years old.

When does the tour start/end?  
It starts September 12, 2024, in Dusseldorf and goes on until the November 28, 2024, in Madrid.   

How many people can participate in the demo tour?  
There’s no limit! We’re excited to experience more together with all of you. However, for test rides, we can accommodate around 50 rides per day. 

Will there be any additional costs or fees associated with the test rides? 
Potentially if you have travel expenses to the location. There will also no food provided from our side.

Where will the ZEEHO Demo Tour stop? 
We will be stopping in Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Munich, Vienna, Valencia, Malaga, and Madrid. For detailed information, please check out our website. 

Can I buy motorcycles at the location? 
Yes, there will be a regional dealer at each stop. Details about the offer should be discussed with the respective dealer. 

How do you handle my personal information?         
The data will be used, processed and stored in strictest confidence and in accordance with European data protection regulations. You can read about our Privacy Policy in our website.  

Where can I pick up my goodie bag? 
Come and find us at the registration point. 😊  

Can I cancel my demo ride after my booking? 
Yes, for sure, but we kindly ask you to let us know in advance so we can fill up your spot with somebody from the waiting list.
